These adorable mini pom-poms look great on kids' hats or a fun addition to the ends of a long scarf. Suitable as a small adult hat pom as well.
To attach these poms, sew a button on the inside, top center of the hat. Pull the elastic loop to the inside of the hat with a crochet hook and wrap around the button.
