Through the included video class and pattern, you’ll learn how to weave from the ground up while exploring multiple techniques, textures, and scales. Practice creating plain weave, twill, and herringbone patterns as you build confidence using a hand loom. Step-by-step instruction walks you through every stage of the process, including how to warp, double warp, weave, and complete a clean hemstitched finish.

Now updated with two different yarn weights, the kit makes it even easier to experiment with larger-scale patterns and varied textures.

The Flax & Twine 8" Hand Loom is handcrafted and measures 8" x 8.5" with 5.5 notches per inch (5.5 EPI/dent). The weaving area measures approximately 7" x 7". The loom kit includes a weaving needle, beater, shed stick, sample warp thread, and instructions for warping your loom—everything you need to start weaving right away.
