Get your lederhosen ready! Starting tomorrow, September 27, with a Happy Hour from 2-4:30pm, Oktoberfest is one of the most popular events in Historic Downtown McKinney...for good reason! It has authentic German food, domestic and imported beer, live music, games - and even Weenie Dog Races on Saturday afternoon!

The best way to get downtown this weekend is to take the free shuttle from First McKinney Baptist Church, 1615 W Louisiana St just east of the Virginia/Louisiana St exit at I-75. Buses leave every 15 minutes Friday (4p-midnight), Saturday (10a-midnight), and Sunday (12:30-6:30p).


Tilda Sanctuary Coming October 1st

Great news for Tilda lovers! The brand new line of Tilda is being released this Tuesday, October 1st! We have been busy getting ready to display it in the shop and can't wait for all of the new free quilt patterns to launch on the Tilda's World website on that same day. The Sanctuary quilt pictured above would be great for a beginner quilter and would look good in any colorway.
