Following the holiday theme we will decorate 5 tags with select recipes and add some holiday embellishments. In addition to the tags you will decorate a gift holder for the tags!! Ready to put your newly minted amigurumi skills to use? This little striped Christmas Tree is an excellent first project. During the 3 hour class, we will cover: the magic ring/circle, changing color, carrying yarn, alternative methods of increasing and decreasing, as well as, tips and tricks specific to amigurumi style crochet. It takes the instructor almost 2 hours to crochet a tree, so it's possible that some students may need to finish their project at home. The goal of the class is to make sure everyone leaves with the amigurumi skills they need to complete their project and to have gained confidence to try more advanced beginner patterns.
