Fabric Flip Booklet (held at Stitch on the Square)

This class consists of making a fabric booklet using mainly fabric scraps. Paper and fun elements will be added . You will be doing some machine and hand stitching but no experience is required. Bring your imagination and creativity to this fun make. This will be added soon to your list of, “ I want to make another one."

Optional supplies: fabric scissors, any special pieces of cloth or textiles you might want included in your flip booklet.

Skill Level:	Beginner
Skill Details:	Basic sewing skills required, and students must be familiar with the sewing machine that they bring to class.
Requirements:	Scissors, Glue (bring your favorite kind, Ann prefers Art Glitter Glue ( Amazon) or a fabric stick glue). Optional items: Sewing machine (Ann will have one but this would be very helpful if you have one ready to go), Fabric scissors, Doily’s, trims, small photos, etc.

Instructor Bio:	Ann is a paper lover from "way back". Cutting, pasting and coloring have been in her makeup from childhood - and from her 35 years of teaching elementary school. Years of scrapbooking have taken her into the "junk journalling" world. She uses repurposed and recycled materials, including vintage and coffee dyed papers, ledgers and yearbooks, etc. Ann enjoys preserving life stories and creates inspiration in this medium. Recently she has added fabric and stitching to her work which enhances the nostalgic feel. A recent Texas resident, Ann has been teaching her paper crafting classes in Melissa, Bonham and Allen. Join her in this crafting journey to make keepsakes and tell your story.
