Jennifer and Kate's Crochet Granny Square of the Month - September: Rainbow Arch

Join Jennifer and Kate in 2026 as they work their way through A Modern Guide to Granny Squares, available at the shop. Learn new stitches and fun techniques to add flair to any crochet project. (Please note this is not a learn to crochet class. Jennifer and Kate are available for private lessons if you'd like help getting started, but these Crochet Corners assume you are already confident with chaining, sc & dc.)

Skill Level:	Intermediate
Skill Details:	Students should be confident in maintaining yarn tension, Chain Stitch, Single Crochet, and Double Crochet. Private lessons available to review those skills. Skills reviewed / taught in class: reading a pattern, Double Crochet, and color changes. Please note: this is not a learn to crochet class.
Requirements:	Students will need to purchase "A Modern Guide to Granny Squares" book (available here at the shop). We suggest Berroco Vintage or Cascade 220, both available at the shop. Hook size E (3.5mm) or greater.
Instructor:	Jennifer Nicholson and Kate DeSimone
Instructor Bio:	Jennifer and Kate are both experienced crocheters (and novice knitters) who have made many projects for themselves and their homes. They love the craft community at McKinney Knittery and hope to share their crochet knowledge with you during easygoing, fun classes.
