Sew Liberated Chanterelle Pants (Rooms A&B)
Learn to sew a wide or barrel leg pant with an elastic waist. Techniques include: sewing a pleat, sewing front and patch pockets, creating a waistband, and sewing a cuff. We will also discuss finishing techniques.

| Skill Details: | This class is for the beginner with basic sewing skills. Must know how to operate a sewing machine individually. |
| Requirements: | Students need the Chanterelle Pattern by Sew Liberated, fabric, thread, sewing needles, elastic and hem gauge. Also bring your basic sewing accessories (i.e. fabric scissors, pins, etc...) |

| Instructor Bio: | Jess has been sewing and quilting most of her life. She never learned to fear silk and charmeuse and sewed garments for her dolls using her mother's scraps. She learned to quilt during college and took a break from sewing for a few years after graduation. During her brief career in nursing, she returned to sewing to decompress on her days off. Now she's a homeschool mom who teaches sewing classes in DFW when she gets the chance. In addition to sewing, she loves bunnies, reading, and tacos. |
