Personalize Your Knits with Kendra (Rooms A&B)

Come learn how to embellish your knits with some basic hand embroidery stitches using chunky yarn. Kendra will show you how to add one of 5 designs to your knit item.This class is built off of a few similar stitches that build on each other, making it a great class for both beginners and experienced embroiderers alike. Get personalized instruction to fuel your embroidery-on-knit projects!

When you register, leave us a note on your online order or email us at classes@mckinneyknittery.com to let us know which design you would like to do in class (refer to the image for designs).

Additional details - bring a 0-3 months up to 6Y knit sweater. You can also bring your own adult size, but let us know so that Kendra can adjust the size of the design.

Skill Level:	Beginner
Skill Details:	Beginner to Intermediate - no knowledge of hand-embroidery is required, however those who already possess some knowledge and skills are welcome to come learn some tricks to improving their art!
Requirements:	Bring a knit item to class that you want to embellish with a name. If you don't have a hand knit item, bring a 0-3 months up to 6Y knit sweater. You can also bring your own adult size knit, but let us know so that Kendra can adjust the size of the design. When you register, leave us a note on your online order or email us at classes@mckinneyknittery.com to let us know which design you would like to do in class (refer to the image for designs). We will provide chunky yarn and a tapestry needle -- but go ahead and bring some small scissors, and if you have specific color preferences, bring a chunky yarn in your colors.
