Crochet an Emotional Support Chicken

Come crochet a chicken!  If you already know basic crochet stitches and want to make a sweet critter stuffy for yourself or someone else, this class is for you.  This is a 3-session amigurumi project class where you will learn how to join and work in the round (if you have not before) using increases and decreases to shape the piece.  You will learn how to separate and finish the body and head as well as how to join new colors to give your chicken its unique features.  Who knew a crocheted chicken could be so cuddly?  If you do not believe us, come to the store and hold the class sample.  You will not want to put it down!  PLEASE NOTE:  we will NOT be teaching students how to crochet in this class.  This is an intermediate level project class for students who are already familiar and comfortable with basic crochet stitches and terminology.  If you want to learn how to crochet, start here: https://shop.mckinneyknittery.com/module/class/528393/making-loops-getting-started-with-crochet
