Elegant Entrelac
Come learn to knit entrelac patterns while making an elegant cowl or scarf. The entrelac technique creates a deeply textured diagonal basket weave fabric. It knits up beautifully with self-striping or variegated yarns, so you can use that skein you have in your stash and have been wondering what to do with it! If you can confidently knit, purl, decrease, and have some experience picking up stitches, you can knit entrelac. Class includes pattern. NOTE: THIS CLASS REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING PRE-WORK: Cast on 24 stitches (or a multiple of 6). Knit 6 rows (3 garter ridges).

| Requirements: | Supplies: Size US6 knitting needles (straight or circular), 100+ yards of DK weight weight yarn (recommend Amano Inti or similar), 3 buttons (for a cowl), tapestry needle, and scissors or snips. |
