Get Knitting: Purl, Rib, Bind Off
Hooray, you can knit! Now it is time to learn to purl and bind off so you can make ribbing and take a project off your needles. You will be able to show off your new skills with a simple washcloth/dish towel project that we will start in class. Grab your needles and get ribbing!

| Requirements: | Students Will Bring - Size 8 straight knitting needles (bigger is okay, but nothing smaller) - 50+ yards of solid colored worsted weight (#4) yarn (no single plies and nothing slick) - A can-do attitude |

| Instructor Bio: | Lynette is a cable-obsessed sweater knitter and professional sewist. She lives in Dallas, TX with her husband Dan and their menagerie of rescued animals. She tutors private students and teaches knitting, sewing and jewelry making classes all across the DFW area. Lynette loves teaching, inspiring and encouraging makers of all ages so they can feed their souls with the best kind of fiber. |
