Embroidery Basics
This is the class to get started learning how to embroider. Basic stitches will be taught that will enable you to do many embroidery projects. These stitches are the foundation to learning more complicated stitches. Jill will show examples of embroidery samplers and embroidered embellishments to wool applique as inspiration.

| Requirements: | Embroidery floss or pearl cotton, needle(s) Bring a 3" hoop to make the ornament (can be purchased here at the shop). Needle choices will be discussed in class and can be purchased at that time. |

| Instructor Bio: | Jill learned to embroider from her grandmother when she was 8 years old and has loved it ever since! She loves color and texture, and finding ways to incorporate that into her work. She also loves art and music. |
