(For Adult Learners) Are you a beginning crocheter who’s curious about all the crochet stuffed animals--like The Woobles--that keep popping up in ads on TikTok and IG? Those cute crochet creatures are called amigurumi and they are seriously fun to make. Join us for a two-hour class to learn the basic techniques that all amigurumi patterns use. Students will crochet one to two pieces in the round from start to finish. The goal of the class is to prepare students for their first amigurumi project. There will be several examples of simple first projects on display during class, including a Globe Garland made with balls in different sizes and colors. Students will receive the pattern for the garland and a resource list as part of their class handout to help them as they practice at home.

The sleeve stitches are then picked up from the body and worked in the round. A double knit button band is then worked for a nice finish. Don't wait to sign up.
